The new season of the Quantum Café: Fly me to the moon

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 6:30 PM, the new season of the "Quantum Café" will begin at Knulp bar in Trieste (via della Madonna del Mare 7/a), with an evening entitled "Fly me to the moon" The event will feature a combination of scientific outreach, live music, and dramatic readings, designed to bring science closer to the public in an informal setting.
During the evening, a talk entitled "The New Space Economy: Opportunities and Sustainability" will be given by Anna Gregorio, Professor at the Department of Physics and CEO of PICOSATS, a company active in the aerospace sector. The speaker will explore the emerging opportunities of the space economy, focusing on recent technological advances, industrial applications, and the challenges related to the sustainability of space activities.
The "Quantum Café" remains a popular science event that aims to engage a broad audience through accessible language and the integration of different expressive forms. Admission is free and open to all.
