From August 18 to 27, 2025, the school Quantum Foundations – Speakable and Unspeakable will take place in Split (Croatia), an international school dedicated to the foundations of quantum mechanics. Sponsored by the John Bell Institute, the University of Split, and the INFN, the school will cover fundamental topics such as:
• Bohmian Mechanics
• Spontaneous Wave Function Collapse Models
• Open Quantum Systems and Optomechanical Systems
• Quantum Nonlocality
• The Relationship Between Quantum Mechanics and Gravity

The initiative is organized by Angelo Bassi (University of Trieste), Sandro Donadi (Queen’s University Belfast), and Tim Maudlin (NYU).
